02 Pre-opening status
Sol Alma is being built and is not yet open to guests. Everything shown on this site — villas, the kitchen, experiences, and rates — describes our intended offering and is indicative. Details may change as construction and planning progress.
03 The waitlist
Joining the waitlist adds your email to a list we use to share occasional news and, eventually, an invitation to book. It places you under no obligation, costs nothing, and you can leave at any time by writing to us. A place on the list does not guarantee a reservation or a particular rate.
04 Reservation requests
The booking form lets you request a villa, dates, and experiences. During pre-opening this is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking — we follow up by hand to confirm availability and terms.
- No payment is taken through this website at this time.
- A reservation is only held once we confirm it with you directly and any deposit terms are agreed in writing.
- Cancellation terms for confirmed stays will be set out at the time of booking; our intent is a deposit refundable up to 30 days before arrival.
05Rates & currency
Nightly rates are shown in Philippine pesos (₱) and may be displayed in US dollars ($) for convenience using an approximate exchange rate. The peso figure is authoritative; any dollar figure is an estimate and not a fixed price. Rates exclude applicable taxes and service charges unless stated.
06 Use of this site
Please use the site fairly. Specifically, don't:
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the site.
- Submit false reservation details or another person's information without consent.
- Scrape or reuse the content for commercial purposes without our permission.
07Imagery & content
The Sol Alma name, logo, written content, architectural renderings, and illustrations on this site are our property or used with permission. Several images are renderings of a resort still under construction and are shown to convey intent, not as photographs of a finished place. Please don't reproduce them without asking.
08 Liability
The site is provided “as is” during pre-opening. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made solely in reliance on indicative information shown here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.
09 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Zambales, without affecting any consumer rights you may have where you live.
